After lighting the Odyssey Connecticut Toro cigar, the draw was very good, and the burn was very slow while delivering a flavorful mellow profile of cedar, cream, cocoa, and hints of spice. For this super affordable price, I wasn’t expecting such a tasty well-made cigar. The artisans at General Co. really hit out of the park with this value priced gem that features a stunning Connecticut wrapper paired with premium Nicaraguan binder and long filler tobaccos. I will be filling up my spare humidor with these cigars to provide a bit more aging, so that these tasty sticks become just as refined as the costlier cigars in my collection. However, if you’re not a perfectionist like me, I’m sure that you will enjoy these tasty cigars straight out of the bundle.
