Primo del Rey Toro is a very good Dominican cigar that has been in my daily rotation for more than 20-years. This is a nice-looking stick with a flawless Ecuador Connecticut wrapper. The construction, and the flavors of coffee, nuts, and subtle hints of spice have always been top-notch and consistent box after box.
