As always, Cigars International provides outstanding customer service. I originally ordered the Gurhka Bourbon cigars. However, when they arrived the glass encasing the cigars were broken on 3 of the 5. I called the customer service line and although the same cigars were backorder, they quickly shipped me an alternative. I truly appreciate the care and prompt attention to my concern. Thanks so much!
