Information we Collect

CigarFinder, much like our competitors, gathers and stores a variety of information to make your shopping experience a more pleasurable one; information including, but not limited to: names, shipping and billing addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, login and password information, Rewards Card Numbers, catalog requests, and order history. We do not store credit card information on our company database. You can choose not to provide certain information, but this maylimit the functionality of your search and future ordering. It may also limit your access to the deals, discounts, and promotions on our site.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT DIRECTLY FROM YOU

We may collect information directly from you when you use our Services — for example, when you register to become a member, when you select an item or itemsto purchase from selected vendor(s) we will transfer your registered information to vendor(s) to expedite your checkout process. Opting Out of Communications

If you have subscribed to or are otherwise receiving PCAOB news or similar information from us by email and no longer want to receive such information in the future, you may opt out of receiving these emails by clicking the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of those emails you receive. Please note that even if you opt out of receiving emails, you may still receive communications related to the Cigarfinder oversight activities or otherwise as required by law. 2. Emails

mail addresses are used for online account identification. In addition, Daily and Weekly email updates may be sent to inform customers of upcoming events, cigar deals, and other promotions. All customers who finalize a transaction and provide the necessary email identification will automatically be signed up for our weekly emails unless “Join the CigarFinder Mailing List” box is unchecked on the checkout screen of their purchase. We rely on a third party service to help distribute all of ouremail campaigns. You may opt out anytime by using the “opt out” feature at the bottom of each email.

3. Cookie Information

Cookies have many uses for both company and consumer. On the consumer side, cookies are used to monitor and update shopping carts. At Cigar Finder, cookies areused to identify how a customer enters our store. They are also used for product performance monitoring, page traffic, and advertising with third party companies. All of which provide for a better shopping experience by making sure that we keep in-stock the items our customers search for most. Cookies are stored on your computer and can be deleted in the internet options of your selected web browser. The deletion of cookies may impede the web store performance.
