Plasencia Alma Fuerte Hexagon Maduro Box of 10

I bought the Plascencia in the Salomon because of its unique shape initially. I had the Hexagon as well. Both have a fantastic draw and smooth taste. I would have to say I prefer the Hexagon solely based on the fact that the wrap lacked the flaws of the Salomon. The labels on the Salomon were not made to fit. However, I did appreciate the fact that they used a thicker paper. I like to keep my labels to commemorate moments so that is a plus. This is a cigar I would have loved to share with my favorite uncle over Bourbon because he would have appreciated it. The presentation needs work as well. The box was hefty which I liked. I also liked the medallion in the box. The craftsmanship of the box could be better. From a distance the box is fantastic. A bit of work went into it but it could use some refinement. One less label would be nice as well. I will be buying this one again but I prefer the Hexagon overall on because it looks better.

A Plasencia cigar is always a great purchase. You cannot go wrong with them. However, the alma fuerte blend is the best in their portfolio as far as I am concerned. The construction is impeccable. I highly recommend the Plasencia Alma Fuerte Hexagon Maduro Gordo.

Received quickly and this cigar has become one of my favorites! Made with pure Nicaraguan filler, wrapper & binder! Burns like a gem w/ a nice punch! Rarely priced buying in bulk as this stick can go for about 25 retail
