Although the Plasencia family is the largest tobacco producer in Nicaragua, many are not familiar with the name. That's because they grow tobacco and produce cigars for many high-end cigar brands, but haven't released a brand under their own name - until now. Plasencia Alma Fuerte Toro Maduro cigars (6 1/4" x 54) are handmade using a heafty portion of Criollo '98 filler grown in Nicaragua as well as the gorgeous Maduro wrapper shade-grown in Jalapa.
