This is the same blend as the Vintage '90, but they have been rejected for small visual issues, such as a blemish on the wrapper, or a small crack. Despite these small blemishes, you will still find the cigar to be just as satisfying as the first tier blend!

Longtime smoker of RP Vintage 92. Hesitant to try 2nds but couldn't resist the price. These were great in all aspects. Would buy again

Except for not having a band, there isn't a noticeable difference between these and those approved for release. I've bought fumas, and those are certainly a different cigar, but the 2nds are great. Rich flavor, slow steady burn.
