I usually try not to spend more than 3 dollars for cigars. This Fuente rosado King T Churchill is worth splurging on. Fuente is consistent and I have never had an inferior cigar made by them. It comes in a fancy metal tube. It is a superior experience. The construction is flawless. Draw perfect. Burns slow cool and even. It was milder than I expected with the smoke being so smooth with a leathery feel. Delicious spicy flavor with hint of cherry and just a slight dash of pepper. These sell out often for good reason. Fuente usually are not discounted of course Cigar Page tries to have the fairest price. If you are planning on a special occasion or just a treat this Fuente rosado is a good choice.
This is your average, every day hand-rolled premium. The flavor profile is not unique. It is however unique within Arturo Fuente’s catalogue. If you’re here looking for the reason AF is highly-regarded, this is not it. I would describe this blend as one that is intended to provide a medium-bodied sun grown experience to people who smoke AF religiously. There are hundreds of blends on the market that taste like this one and most of them are less expensive. The cigar is not harsh, and it has good construction. Those features are not worth the price tag.
