Plasencia Alma Del Campo Sendero Toro

I don't think this gets as much attention as the Alma Fuerte and Alma Fuego but it very much punches in that class. More restrained and delicate than its siblings, this blend is really special. Rich but medium with a distinct baking spice note throughout.
