Ashton Estate Sungrown 22 Year Salute is a delicious Torpedo that deserves every top rating it has received. Covering a blend of aged long-filler tobaccos is a beautiful rosado wrapper that is reddish-brown in color and very oily. This zesty wrapper adds a Cubanesque flair to the recipe. My favorite Ashton blend, thanks to its rich, full-bodied flavor, the cigar delights the palate with notes of earth, leather, pepper, and roasted coffee. A nice long and sweet finish always has me yearning for more. This is truly one of the best Dominican puros ever made, and a wonderful addition to the famous Ashton lineup.
