Rocky Patel Vintage 1999 Toro is a superbly constructed cigar with perfectly aged tobaccos. In the flavor department, this flawlessly constructed stick offers mellow to medium body flavors that are toasty, nutty, and buttery smooth. RP never ceases to amaze me with his portfolio of top quality blends, but I would have to say that this might just be his finest work.
