Jaime Garcia Reserva Especial Gordo Extra is an impressively large 7 x 70 premium cigar that I enjoyed immensely. However, if you decided to smoke this monster stick, leave yourself at least 90-miniutes of free time to fully enjoy it. The blend is composed of Nicaraguan binder and fillers, covered by a thick, dark, and beefy , Connecticut Broadleaf maduro wrapper. A bit tamer than most Garcia family offerings, this was a medium bodied smoke that provided my palate with smooth flavors of dark chocolate, leather, earth, and cream, all backed by a spicy finish. Ive also smoked some of the smaller sizes in the brand lineup, and they all provided a rich and flavorful experience that I would easily recommend for any style of smoker.
