Abe Flores put a personal touch on El Vinyet, bunching the first 10,000 cigars himself at PDR in the Dominican Republic, and the 5 x 52 Robusto arrived as part of the 2023 release. A dark Ecuador wrapper over an Indonesian binder and Dominican Habano plus Pennsylvania Broadleaf fillers sets up notes of cedar, roasted almonds, earth, dark cocoa, espresso, black pepper, and a little caramelized sweetness. Rich and polished, it reads like a small-batch Dominican smoke with extra spice and dessert depth.
