From Southern Draw, Cedrus Gordo stacks an Indonesian Besuki wrapper over a Nicaraguan Habano binder and a blend of Nicaraguan and Dominican tobaccos, all rolled in Nicaragua in a 6 1/2 x 60 format. The smoke lands around medium to medium-full, with pepper, cedar, and herbal notes that give the natural wrapper a savory, spice-rack feel. Southern Draw built Cedrus around that late-harvest Besuki leaf, and the Gordo keeps that woodsy, peppery character front and center.
