Lost and Found Backstroke Bambi Corojo El Chubb – boy,  that’s a mouthful – and so is this 6x56 heavyweight, accentuating the complexity this filler blend has to offer. The only thing is, we don’t know what’s in it. Nobody does. In keeping with the Lost and Found ethos, what were originally “found” cigars in factory aging rooms went on to become some of Caldwell’s most legendary boutiques. Backstroke Bambi El Chubb is a nod to the uber-popular Backdoor Bambi, although this “update” adds a Corojo wrapper that adds a rich cedar base, paired with baking spices and a subtle sweetness that tastes almost honey-like. Construction is, of course, excellent; we got huge rips of chewy smoke out of it the last time we smoked it. It’s a sizeable cigar, but a very well-rounded profile that you’ll love for the bit of zest the Corojo wrapper contributes. This Bambi is a whole lotta lovin’…it’s also a one-and-done release, so don’t wait around!
