Good but not excellent

I have mixed feelings after having smoked my first one. Actually, right after smoking it, I was a little bit disappointed. I am a hard man to please. For starters, it revealed mostly cocoa and espresso flavors. A little bit too much for my taste. A nice, surprising creaminess found on the 1st and 2nd thirds was really good but some tight draw problems were found throughout the 3rd third. To sum up, it is very creamy, sweet and yet somehow spicy. Not complex but quite the same all the way. A satisfying large smoke.

This Monte Classic Churchill is intimidating to look at but its big size isn't big on power. Its stays mild to medium all the way through. I found notes of cream and cedar with some hints of cocoa on the finish
Great Smoke!
