Tubo's with plume

I've got myself a box of 10 and when I opened up my first tubo, I saw some thin white stuff on my cigar. I thought it was mold so I called Mike and I was explained that it was not mold but plume and that the cigar was on optimum smoking conditions. I hesitated at first but after doing my own research I found out that they were saying the truth. I have smoked my first one and cannot say they taste any different. Pretty good cigar for less than 6 bucks each.
