Perez-Carrillo Pledge - Prequel (Single)

The 2020 Cigar of the Year With this release in the Perez-Carrillo line, Ernesto has done the impossible. All three cigars in this lineup have earned a rating of 95 or higher with Pledge receiving a 98-point rating. Pledge and Encore were both named Cigar of the Year, with La Historia was awarded a #2 spot. The highest rated trilogy of cigars ever, these blends from EPC are all absolute top-shelf gems. Box-pressed and beautiful, Pledge is dressed to impress. The secret to the blend is in the wrapper. Each Pledge sports a Connecticut Habano wrapper leaf, that is very rare in cigars today. It’s a mellower, more refined tobacco than the Broadleaf that is typically grown in Connecticut. Under the wrapper, you’ll find a binder from Ecuador and Nicaraguan filler. When lit, Pledge produces balanced, full-bodied flavor that's perfect for any time of the day. The combination of dense black pepper and oak with hints of warm sweetness make Pledge a strong contender to become your new favorite cigar.
