40 minute leisurely smoke. The initial ash lasted over 30 minutes.
I have never had an issue with the burn, construction or flavor. easily one of my favorites.

Straight off the gate heavy on the cream and cedar. Barnyard and campfire.

Halfway thru the cream is even thicker and more savory. Honey barbecue, sweet smoked meats along with it. Sharp spicy retrohale carrying the savory bbq notes with it.
