Cigars International Coupon Codes & Verified Deals

Q: What is the CI Club at Cigars International?

CI Club is a membership program that unlocks member-only pricing, early access to releases, and free shipping on qualifying orders. Some of the deepest CI discounts land inside the Club rather than on public coupon codes.

Q: Does Cigars International host live cigar events?

Yes. Cigars International runs Big Smoke events and other in-person tastings. Event attendees occasionally receive limited promo codes that work online for a short window after the event.

Q: What is the Joe Cigar daily deal at Cigars International?

Joe Cigar, also called Joe's Daily Deal, is Cigars International's original daily cigar deal. A new deal posts every day at midnight Eastern and runs for 24 hours, usually featuring one to four heavily discounted premium cigars, boxes, bundles, or samplers with free shipping. Quantities are limited, so it often sells out before the day ends. Joe Cigar prices are already cut, so they typically do not stack with sitewide CI promo codes.

Q: Why is my Cigars International promo code being rejected?

Common reasons: the code is Club-member-only, your cart contains a brand on the exclusion list (Padron, Davidoff, OpusX commonly excluded), the cart is below the minimum, or the code expired. Try a different verified offer from the list above.

Q: Is Cigars International cheaper than Cigars.com for the same cigar?

Pricing on shared SKUs drifts between the two sister sites depending on which is currently running a promotion. CigarFinder's price-comparison tool shows the lower-priced retailer for any given SKU at any given moment.

Q: Does Cigars International offer free shipping?

CI runs free-shipping promo codes tied to order minimums, and CI Club members typically get a lower free-shipping threshold than non-members. When an active Cigars International free shipping code is verified, we list it above with the qualifying threshold so you can apply it at checkout.

Q: Does Cigars International offer a military discount?

Yes. Cigars International offers a 10% military and first responder discount to active duty, retirees, veterans, military spouses and family members, and active police, fire, and EMT personnel. You verify eligibility through ID.me. The 10% applies to your merchandise total only (not shipping or tax), cannot be combined with other promo codes, and excludes some programs like the Cigar of the Month Club and Auto-Ship.

Q: What is Cigars International's return policy?

CI accepts returns on unopened cigar boxes within their standard window. Opened boxes are reviewed individually and typically only refunded for damage or defect. Customer service handles return authorizations.

Q: Does Cigars International ship to my state?

CI follows industry-standard state restrictions on tobacco shipments. Excluded states (currently including Massachusetts, Utah, and several others) are blocked at checkout regardless of which code is applied.
