I smoked the diplomat figurado. It starts out like creamy peanut butter, then transitioned to coffee and almonds, followed by a brief unpleasant metallic flavor, and finally a delicious cherry and almond flavor that was a lot like the last 1/3rd of the Alec Bradley Prensado I had. Draw was great and the burn was pretty even. I seldom smoke, but for what it is worth, I really enjoyed the Macanudo Cafe Diplomat. I need more cigars in this size.
This is the cigar everyone loves and maybe I’m weird but I just don’t get it. By no means are these bad cigars, but for me they leave something to be desired.
