E.P. Carrillo Allegiance Sidekick Robusto Box of 20

The Allegiance Sidekick is part of E.P. Carrillo’s Perez-Carrillo line, launched in 2022. It’s the first cigar from E.P. Carrillo made outside their own factory, produced in collaboration with Oliva at the TABOLISA factory in Nicaragua. The Allegiance line celebrates the bonds and partnerships within the cigar industry. This Robusto features a savory Ecuadorian Sumatra wrapper over Nicaraguan binder and filler. The cigar opens with white pepper, fruit, and earthy wood, then transitions into cedar, espresso, and subtle spice. The second half brings in nutty and coffee notes, with a smooth draw and even burn. The final third is rich with earth and pepper, finishing cool and firm. It’s a flavorful, well-balanced smoke with medium complexity and excellent construction.
