Simply start with the 84% humidity seasoning packets - remove them from the plastic wrap and place in your empty humidor. Shut the lid and let it sit for 14 days. Then, remove the seasoning packets, place your desired cigars in the humidor, and unwrap and place the 72% humidity packets in with them. Close the lid and your cigars will be treated to optimal humidity for up to 90 days. When your Boveda packet eventually gets hard and crispy, it's time to replace!
