The AJ Fernandez Dias de Gloria Toro cigar is billed as paying homage to an idyllic time that AJ believes were the glory days of premium Cuban tobacco prior to the 1959 Cuban revolution. Although Ive never smoked a pre-embargo Cuban cigar, delicious notes of earth, wood, leather, coffee and spices, perfectly captured the taste and character of the current Cuban brands in my humidor. This is a top-shelf AJ Fernandez cigar that I highly recommend for any medium to full bodied cigar enthusiast.
