The cigars consist of a Mexican binder and fillers from the Dominican Republic and Nicaragua, finished with a seamless, Ecuadorian Sumatran wrapper. In keeping with the brands Volstead Act theme, the cigars are sold in three popular sizes named after three prominent Prohibition era figures.
