Bella Dominicana is a Dominican beauty out of the Tabacalera Palma factory — an Ecuadorian Sumatra–wrapped tribute to the land (its vitola letters spell the maker's wife's name). Bond Roberts comes from London's storied James J. Fox, the vintage-Cuban house that turned to making its own cigars — the La Dalia revives a classic, scarce Cuban vitola, blended by legendary Cuban roller Hamlet Paredes and rolled in Honduras. Both are medium-bodied, refined and steeped in heritage. A smooth, story-rich pairing for an afternoon in no hurry.
