It uses a 21 year-old aged Dominican filler tobacco and a Connecticut shade wrapper. Made in Dominican Republic, it boast an excellent aged silky Connecticut shade wrapper with Dominican and Nicaraguan binder and fillers.

Gurkha Cellar Reserve 21 Year Hedonism - Grand Rothschild cigar is a mild to medium-bodied cigar aged for 21 years. The cigar has a smooth draw and a straight burn. The smoke is light and creamy, and the ash is gray and flaky. I found this cigar to have a zesty flavor profile that includes lemon, fruit, nuts, wood, and chocolate. The flavors are well-balanced and complex, despite the extended aging of the tobacco. The Gurkha Cellar Reserve 21 Year was an enjoyable smoke and is my new favorite among the cellar reserve line.
