How do I use a The Cigar Store coupon code?
Choose a verified The Cigar Store offer above and click through to the retailer. Add items to your cart, then enter the promo code in the discount field at checkout. The Cigar Store does not combine coupons with other offers, including free shipping promotions, and a code cannot be applied after an order has been submitted, so enter it before you place the order.
What is The Cigar Store's shipping policy?
The Cigar Store ships within the United States only and offers ground, two-day and one-day options at checkout, with no weekend pickup or delivery on expedited services. An adult signature is required in states that mandate it, and the store cannot ship to PO boxes in California or Delaware. It does not ship to Hawaii or Utah at all, does not ship flavored tobacco to Massachusetts, and restricts small cigars, filtered cigars, HTL-wrapper cigars or pipe tobacco to Connecticut, Maine, Maryland, Montana, Pennsylvania, Vermont and Washington. Individual product pages state any further state restrictions. Free shipping is offered only during specific promotions, ground only, to the continental United States, and cannot be combined with discount codes.
What is The Cigar Store's return policy?
The Cigar Store inspects and insures every order. Damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped items are replaced with return postage reimbursed. Other returns must be requested by email within 14 days of delivery, need a Return Authorization number printed on the outside of the package, must be unopened and in original condition, and carry a 20% restocking fee. Original shipping charges are not refunded, refused deliveries incur a $25 fee plus shipping and storage costs, and custom orders are not refundable.
Does The Cigar Store have a rewards program?
The Cigar Store does not run a points program. Instead it offers a VIP Mobile Discount Club: text CIGARS to 205-272-6296 or sign up online to receive special discount codes by text, up to four messages a month. Gift certificates are available in $25, $50, $100 and $250 amounts by email or Priority Mail and never expire.
About The Cigar Store
The Cigar Store (TheCigarStore.com) is a family-founded online cigar retailer that has served adult cigar enthusiasts across the United States since 2005. The store traces its roots to Queens, New York and is now headquartered in California, with orders fulfilled from distribution locations outside the state. Its catalog covers premium hand-rolled cigars by the box, bundle and tin, a dedicated 5-pack section, samplers, machine-made cigars, desktop and travel humidors, lighters, cutters, ashtrays, cigar cases, pipe accessories and pipe tobacco, plus retail display products for shops. Every listing shows a retail price alongside the store price, and a VIP mobile discount club sends extra codes by text message.

Why trust CigarFinder for The Cigar Store coupons?
The Cigar Store is a partner retailer in the CigarFinder network and its full catalog is tracked directly from TheCigarStore.com, so our product pages compare its box, bundle, tin and 5-pack prices against the other retailers we follow. Codes listed here are provided by the retailer and checked before publication, and offers are removed as soon as they stop working.
How does CigarFinder verify The Cigar Store coupons?
The Cigar Store promotions run as sitewide percent-off codes and occasional free shipping specials rather than tiered discounts. We test each code on a representative cart, confirm the discount applies at checkout and that no unexpected exclusions appear, and remove codes as soon as they expire or stop working.
