Undercrown Maduro - Coronets (Pack of 50 [5/10])

A Cigar for the People#25 Cigar of 2017—'91' Rated by Cigar AficionadoThe story behind the Undercrown Maduro is legendary. When Liga Privada No. 9 was introduced, Drew Estate couldn’t make enough to fill the demand. It got so tight they had to stop their rollers from smoking the cigars as they worked. So, the rollers improvised, taking some of the tobacco used in the No. 9 to create their own blend they could enjoy every day. Eventually, someone asked what they were all smoking, and Undercrown was born. The binder on the Undercrown is the same leaf used for the wrapper on T52. In the filler, you’ll find Mata Fina from the No. 9 blend, along with Nicaraguan ligero. Finally, a Mexican San Andres wrapper is applied up top. The result is a smooth and creamy treat. Medium to full-bodied, Undercrown Maduro delivers natural sweetness accented by pops of black pepper and earth. Pick up a box today and enjoy one of Drew Estate’s classics.
