It’s a 100% Nicaraguan puro, meaning the wrapper, binder, and filler all come from Nicaragua’s volcanic regions like Estelí, Jalapa, and Condega. Though the tobacco is Nicaraguan, the cigar is handcrafted in the Dominican Republic at Tabacalera La Alianza. The tobacco undergoes a special aging process called tercios, where palm bark is wrapped around the tobacco to allow natural humidification and aging over two years. This method enhances the flavor and aroma of the leaves.
