Sobremesa Tapa Negra | Corona Gorda 5 | Box of 13

Steve Saka loves messing with our heads, and the Sobremesa Tapa Negra Corona Gorda 5.63 x 48 turns his sweet-cream Brulée profile completely inside out. This medium-bodied experiment grafts a dark Nicaraguan sun-grown wrapper cap directly onto the head of a classic golden Ecuadorian Connecticut cover leaf, binding together a rich Mexican Matacapan leaf and a select filler mix from Condega, Pueblo Nuevo, and Estelí. Th...e slender ring gauge causes the flavor transitions to hit much faster. Your first draw delivers a sudden, peppery jolt of earth and black pepper before the profile dives straight back into that legendary sweet baseline of cream and roasted nuts. It is a brilliant, high-character changeup that keeps your palate completely locked in. Score a great deal on this clever crossover by adding a box of 13 to your JR Cigars cart today.
