Alec Bradley Prensado Churchill - Pack of 5
Handcrafted at the Alec Bradley facility in Danli, Honduras, the Prensado is an expert blend of Nicaraguan and Honduran long filler, a Nicaraguan Jalapa binder, and finished with a special βTrojesβ Corojo 2006 wrapper. This robust, savory combination creates a complex flavor featuring hints of coffee, chocolate and spice. The company noted: "The Alec Bradley Prensado is as gorgeous a cigar as youβll ever see, with a picture-perfect head and a stunning wrapper. But it is the flavor that makes it a classic. The Honduran and Nicaraguan tobaccos come together to create leather, chocolate and spice notes, and a long, lush finish." In addition to being named the Top Cigar of 2011, Alec Bradley Prensado received an unheard of, 96-point rating!

Not what I expected

Gotta say I'm not the biggest fan... The cigar did not burn very evenly at all, and the initial flavor was much stronger than I expected. I grew to enjoy the spice of the cigar, but it took a while. Simply did not have the "wow" factor that I look for in my cigars.
My Go To.... Consistent. Good Smoke.

The Presando is one of my favorite cigars! The incredible construction, full flavor, and even burn shows the quality of the Alec Bradley brand and the care that Mike's shows their cigars!
Wow! . . .Ordered more!

Had to try this after purchasing Mike's Cigar Sampler with the 95 rated cigars. IT finally was a nice spring evening, cool and warm and time for a smoke after a days work. After smelling this one that came off earthy, almost with hints of manure, I bet from the get go this was going to be a good one! It did not disappoint! Notes of chocolate and leather throughout. A nice flavor of something sweet, perhaps a fruit bouquet, or cherry from the beginning to about the last third when it tapered off. Had some burning issues with canoeing here and there but had to keep on going with the robust flavors. Was surprised at how flavorful and tasty this cigars was for not being an infused cigar as well as not being acidic. Combustion was great and controllable with this cigar and draw was nice and smooth with above average smoke output. Another positive was not much pepper, very smooth and creamy throughout. Paired it with water. Had to buy more. Definitely a staple in my humidor!
