CAO Pilon Gigante - Pack of 5

CAO built this line around an old-world fermentation technique that gives the cigar its name. In the pilón method, tobacco is stacked in tightly arranged bundles rather than processed through larger modern piles, allowing the leaves to develop a deeper, more mature character. For this Gigante, CAO applies that extra attention to an Ecuadorian Habano wrapper grown from Cuban seed, then pairs it with Nicaraguan binder and filler tobaccos made in Nicaragua. The 6 x 60 Gordo delivers a medium- to full-bodied profile centered on wood, spice, and a touch of natural sweetness, with the broader ring gauge giving the blend a steady, unhurried feel. Smoked at a relaxed pace, this size generally offers about 75 to 100 minutes. CAO Pilon Gigante is a good fit for smokers who enjoy richer flavor built on fermentation nuance rather than sheer strength alone.
