Surplus by CAO Shade Robusto - Bundle of 25
Built around a Honduran Connecticut shade wrapper and Dominican Olor long fillers, Surplus by CAO Shade Robusto is a value-minded bundle cigar that keeps the profile gentle, smooth, and easygoing. An Ecuadorian Sumatran binder adds a touch of spice beneath the creamy wrapper, giving the blend more character than its price point suggests while maintaining a mild overall strength. In this 5 x 50 Robusto format, the cigar offers a balanced, everyday smoke with soft texture and mellow flavor, making it a practical choice for newer smokers and anyone looking for an affordable handmade option from the CAO portfolio. Smoked at an unhurried pace, expect roughly 30 to 45 minutes from this size.

Excellent budget cigar. Mild enough for new smokers, but good enough for a seasoned smoker as a cheap alternative. I prefer the maduro, but did enjoy these. 93 on the budget scale, 85 on the overall cigar scale.
