Xikar XO Cutter Black Blades - Phantom Blue & Black

The Xikar XO Cutter Black Blades is a double guillotine cutter, created to ensure a more simple and quicker cut. Due to the planetary gear system, both black stainless steel blades open and close simultaneously delivering a neat and precise cut every time.
