Montecristo Espada Conquistador Guard Natural | Toro | Pack of 5

The Montecristo Espada Conquistador Guard is a classic 6 x 50 Toro, but it’s built around some decidedly untraditional credentials. This is the latest expression of the Espada series, created through the collaboration of master blender Rafael Nodal and the Plasencia family. The key to the Conquistador Guard’s success is the tobacco: grown on the Plasencias' Nicaraguan farms, operating in all four of the primary growing regions throughout the country. The wrapper is Jalapa, the long fillers are Condega and Esteli. The binder is from the island of Ometepe – and it’s one terroir where few besides the Plasencia family really excel. Expect creamy cedar, natural sweetness, roasted coffee, and toasted nuts in this medium-full bodied profile. Also expect to love it, maybe even enough to file this Monte away in your mental “must smoke again” list. We’ve been talking about this Monte Espada Conquistador Toro for quite some time, so order a box now and see what all the fuss is about!
