Gurkha Rogue Tyrant Natural | Robusto | Pack of 5

Ready to go Rogue? Go Gurkha! This Rogue Robusto is the one they call Tyrant. Slightly longer than your run-of-the-mill Robusto, this box-pressed 5" x 52 has proven itself as a solid value with a delicious blend: Ecuador Habano wrapper and binder, along with aged Ligero from Nicaragua, Honduras, and the DR. Sounds rough-and-tumble, but the way Gurkha does it for this East India Trading stick makes all the difference – strength falls more to the middle of the scale and avoids overwhelming the palate thanks to the extensive aging of the tobaccos.  What is powerful, however, is the Gurkha Rogue Tyrant profile: at any given time, we detected notes of cedar, earth, and roasted espresso, as well as deeper layers of cocoa, leather, and black pepper. A touch of natural sweetness, too.  A great candidate if you’re looking to step up a level to a more intense cigar, since it’s just north of medium body. And great for everyday, too.
