Davidoff Royal Release Salomones - Box of 10

Davidoff Royal Release Salomones sits at the top of the brand’s Dominican portfolio, built around a blend selected and rolled for a deliberately refined, unhurried smoking experience. This large figurado format is made with tobaccos chosen from specific sections of the plant and assembled by a small group of highly experienced rollers, a level of selection and craftsmanship that helps explain why Royal Release stands apart even within Davidoff’s premium range. The Salomones shape adds another layer of distinction, starting with a more focused delivery before opening into a broader, more expansive draw as the cigar progresses. The blend is centered on Dominican tobaccos, including an Ecuadorian wrapper over a Dominican binder and filler, and the profile reflects Davidoff’s signature preference for balance over force. Rather than aiming for sheer intensity, Davidoff Royal Release Salomones develops with cream, cedar, gentle spice, and a measured natural sweetness, supported by a texture that feels notably smooth on the palate. The figurado format gives the cigar a gradual evolution, making it especially appealing to smokers who appreciate subtle transitions and precise construction as much as flavor itself. More than a large-format cigar, Davidoff Royal Release Salomones is best understood as a showcase of restrained blending and exacting production. Its appeal lies in the combination of elegant presentation, careful tobacco selection, and a format that allows the blend to unfold at a composed pace. For those drawn to Dominican craftsmanship at its most polished, this is a cigar defined less by power than by clarity, poise, and finish.
