Liga Privada Unico Velvet Rat - Robusto Gordo - Box of 10

Originally created as one of Drew Estate’s outlier blends that did not fit the standard Liga Privada No. 9 or T52 portfolios, the Liga Privada Unico Velvet Rat has become a sought-after regular within the Unico Serie. This Robusto Gordo format is rolled in Nicaragua and uses the rich Liga Privada recipe of a dark Connecticut Broadleaf wrapper over a Brazilian Mata Fina binder with Nicaraguan and Honduran fillers, delivering the dense, layered character that made the line famous.Expect a full-flavored, medium-to-full-bodied profile centered on earth, black pepper, espresso, cocoa, and natural sweetness, with enough refinement to keep the strength in balance. At 6 1/4 x 46, the Velvet Rat offers a slimmer presentation than many broad-shouldered modern cigars, which helps keep the smoke focused and expressive; plan on roughly 60 to 85 minutes, depending on pace. It is an especially appealing choice for smokers who enjoy the darker, more concentrated side of Liga Privada without moving into an oversized vitola.
